Clean Power has got us up and running with a great new battery system that is working perfectly - I can’t see that we’ll need to buy electricity again any time soon! Really happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Caitlin was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained the different options clearly and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. The installation of the Sigenergy battery and additional solar was also handled professionally. The installers did a great job, were tidy, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was set up and working properly. A big thanks to Caitlin and the installation team for making the whole process easy. She was very responsive, professional and never pushy, and she answered every question promptly and clearly. We compared several providers, and it was Caitlin’s professionalism that got Clean Power Australia across the line for us. I recently had cause to contact Clean Power regarding my solar installation and was referred to Renae Marskell. Renae was extremely helpful and clearly demonstrated a high level of subject-matter knowledge. Her professionalism and strong drive to secure a satisfactory outcome for me - as a customer - was very much appreciated. It reflects very well on Clean Power as a company. Teagan was very helpful and attentive to the whole process including liaising with the loan company for an interest free loan. Installer arrived when arranged and had the battery installed quickly. Clean Power are an Australian owned company who employ their own techs. No outsourcing. Dan is awesome. Over the years of the battery upgrades and interest free loans - I have had 2 batteries installed and upgraded my solar panels 3 time's, Dan has always been there to guide me through the processes. No hard sales just easy access to him with questions he always answered honestly. Thoroughly recommend Clean Power Australia. Will only use Clean Power.   cannot fault the company.
