I dealt with Tegan Hall during my purchasing a new solar and battery installation I had many questions Tegan was quick to respond with answers and adjustments to the quote. And to respond to after install qurstions. She has been a delight to work with on my install. Jordan and the boys from Woolongong did an excellent job of installing pannels and battery, ensuring no cabeling ran on the outside wall of the house. A great experience from quote to install. Recommend Tegan and Clean Power

I would like to thank Dan Inns and Denver Shearer from Clean Power Australia for their caring, professional and efficient service in helping me achieve my goal of living off-grid.

Denver’s knowledge, guidance and support when installing my solar panels got me started on the journey and inspired me to take the next step towards battery storage and energy independence. Dan then assisted with the battery installation, helping me bring the whole project together.

Thank you both for your outstanding service, expertise and support from the beginning through to completion. It has been a pleasure working with you, and I truly appreciate the care you have shown throughout the process.

Here’s to living off-grid and enjoying $0 electricity bills! Highly recommend Dan, Denver and the team at Clean Power Australia.

Clean Power has got us up and running with a great new battery system that is working perfectly - I can’t see that we’ll need to buy electricity again any time soon! Olivia, in particular, did a great job as our consultant, warmly fielding all our questions and getting back to us super quickly with extra information and specialist advice when it was needed. Thank you!

Really happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Caitlin was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained the different options clearly and never made me feel pressured into making a decision.

The installation of the Sigenergy battery and additional solar was also handled professionally. The installers did a great job, were tidy, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was set up and working properly.

A big thanks to Caitlin and the installation team for making the whole process easy. Very happy with the system and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at solar or battery storage.

We’ve just had a solar system installed by Clean Power Australia. We did a lot of research and asked a lot of questions, and Caitlin was fantastic throughout. She was very responsive, professional and never pushy, and she answered every question promptly and clearly. We compared several providers, and it was Caitlin’s professionalism that got Clean Power Australia across the line for us. We’d happily recommend both her and the team. We’re confident the aftercare will be just as good

I recently had cause to contact Clean Power regarding my solar installation and was referred to Renae Marskell.

Renae was extremely helpful and clearly demonstrated a high level of subject-matter knowledge.

Her professionalism and strong drive to secure a satisfactory outcome for me - as a customer - was very much appreciated. It reflects very well on Clean Power as a company.

I don't know your staffing structure, however if at all possible, I would consider making her a team leader, as (even from my limited exposure to her) I am confident that she would inspire her team to a similar high standard of customer service

We made the move towards solar with Clean Power Energy, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the very beginning, Teegan was fantastic. She took the time to explain our options clearly, answered all our questions, and guided us through the entire process without ever making it feel complicated or overwhelming.

Second time with Clean Power Australia. This time added a third battery pack. Teagan was very helpful and attentive to the whole process including liaising with the loan company for an interest free loan.
Installer arrived when arranged and had the battery installed quickly.
System working well.

Clean Power are an Australian owned company who employ their own techs. No outsourcing. Dan is awesome. Over the years of the battery upgrades and interest free loans - I have had 2 batteries installed and upgraded my solar panels 3 time's, Dan has always been there to guide me through the processes. No hard sales just easy access to him with questions he always answered honestly. Thoroughly recommend Clean Power Australia. Will only use Clean Power. cannot fault the company. The techs are great too. Polite, delightful lads who cleaned up properly.
