We had our solar and battery system installed by CleanPower a few months ago, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. The installation team was professional, friendly, and took real pride in their work. Everything was done neatly and to a very high standard.

What really sets CleanPower apart, though, is their after sales support. I’d seen so many horror stories in Facebook groups about cheap installers who promise the world, do a poor-quality install, and then disappear when you need help. CleanPower is the complete opposite. Their team is easy to contact, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful with any questions that come up after installation. It’s reassuring knowing they’ll be there long-term.

Dan, who originally quoted the system for us, was friendly and informative, and the installers on the day were just as great to deal with.

We have just had our 16yr old 4.75kw system added to with another 4.75kw system , and 15kw battery by Clean power.
To start with, the reason we chose Clean power over other quotes was because of our dealings with Sam.
He has an electrical background and explained everything to us in great detail. He was also able to answer our many questions in regards to the T&C and warranty. Thanks Sam
They used local tradesmen for the instal, and they did a great job. Thanks Mark, and I’m sorry, I forgot the other fella's name.
Very neat job and cleaned up all the mess when finished.
It’s only been a couple of days with the whole system working but already I’m seeing a great result. I’ve been tracking the system with the easy to use app, and comparing it against the Energy Aus app to see where my power is going.
It’s seems that we are using about a tenth of the power we were using from the grid, so big savings ahead!
We are also sending a lot more back to the grid as we are still trying to be a bit smarter on how we can use all this power we are producing, although we aren’t too excited with this as we only get 5 cents/kw from Energy Aus. But hey! It all adds up.
I will give an update in a few months and share how it’s all been going.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. From visiting to see if we were interested, to quoting job and installing. The installers were amazing on an extremely hot day. They removed our old panels and installed new panels and battery effortlessly. They left the site spotless. Still waiting for a smart metre to be installed by our provider.
