Clean Power has got us up and running with a great new battery system that is working perfectly - I can’t see that we’ll need to buy electricity again any time soon! Olivia, in particular, did a great job as our consultant, warmly fielding all our questions and getting back to us super quickly with extra information and specialist advice when it was needed. Thank you!

Really happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Caitlin was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained the different options clearly and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. The installation of the Sigenergy battery and additional solar was also handled professionally. The installers did a great job, were tidy, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was set up and working properly. A big thanks to Caitlin and the installation team for making the whole process easy. Very happy with the system and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at solar or battery storage.

We’ve just had a solar system installed by Clean Power Australia. We did a lot of research and asked a lot of questions, and Caitlin was fantastic throughout. She was very responsive, professional and never pushy, and she answered every question promptly and clearly. We compared several providers, and it was Caitlin’s professionalism that got Clean Power Australia across the line for us. We’d happily recommend both her and the team. We’re confident the aftercare will be just as good

I recently had cause to contact Clean Power regarding my solar installation and was referred to Renae Marskell. Renae was extremely helpful and clearly demonstrated a high level of subject-matter knowledge. Her professionalism and strong drive to secure a satisfactory outcome for me - as a customer - was very much appreciated. It reflects very well on Clean Power as a company. I don't know your staffing structure, however if at all possible, I would consider making her a team leader, as (even from my limited exposure to her) I am confident that she would inspire her team to a similar high standard of customer service

We made the move towards solar with Clean Power Energy, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Teegan was fantastic. She took the time to explain our options clearly, answered all our questions, and guided us through the entire process without ever making it feel complicated or overwhelming.

Second time with Clean Power Australia. This time added a third battery pack. Teagan was very helpful and attentive to the whole process including liaising with the loan company for an interest free loan. Installer arrived when arranged and had the battery installed quickly. System working well.

Clean Power are an Australian owned company who employ their own techs. No outsourcing. Dan is awesome. Over the years of the battery upgrades and interest free loans - I have had 2 batteries installed and upgraded my solar panels 3 time's, Dan has always been there to guide me through the processes. No hard sales just easy access to him with questions he always answered honestly. Thoroughly recommend Clean Power Australia. Will only use Clean Power. cannot fault the company. The techs are great too. Polite, delightful lads who cleaned up properly.

We have just had our battery installed by Clean Power and found them to be very helpful, professional and reliable. Teegan was very helpful throughout the process especially when we were applying for the no interest loan from the Government incentive. She helped us through the process and kept in touch with us regularly. The installers were courteous, tidy and were here on the arranged day for installation bright and early. They let us know what was happening throughout the installation. I would highly recommend Clean Power for their professionalism.

Dan Inns was very quick to respond to our request for information regarding a solar battery. He was very thorough in letting us know the best system for us and the reason why. Dan also met us on site so we could discuss the best place to locate our system. There was a small issue regarding our power export - that couldn't have been reported and fixed faster than it was. Excellent service!

This is a well oiled methodical machine. Service has been very good : installation was excellent: so far equipment has worked to specification. I did not shop around. You should. I was I bit caught up in other issues and took a punt. But it's working out so far. After 6 months or so I have decided to add a 5kw battery module so that we have 15kw storage in total. This is for summer a/c when the sun goes down. Today Tegan called us and nicely sucked us in for an extra 5 kwh. Very good to deal with. Considering some of the horror stories I am happy to strongly recommend Clean Power - purely based on my experience. Promises made - promises kept. No yeh but no but........

We have had a fantastic experience with Clean Power Australia. From start to finish the whole installation was seamless. Henry came to discuss installing a battery to our existing solar panels. Henry was lovely and extremely knowledgeable. After reviewing our bill, he identified that while our existing panels were great quality and all working fine, there wasn’t enough to sufficiently power the size of our property and how we use electricity. He suggested adding more panels with a Sig battery to finally make our home completely solar efficient. The whole process was completed within 3 weeks. On the day of installation, the team turned up on time and had fitted our extra 15 panels and battery within 6 hours. Kurt was a legend, he explained how we monitor our usage through the App. We are now a week in and couldn’t be happier. The team are there to answer any questions and are extremely friendly and helpful. My only regret is that we didn’t get on to this sooner. Thanks guys. 😎

Dan Inns and the crew at Clean Power were great to deal with. Dan was responsive (to calls, texts and emails), even popped out to site at very short notice to ensure a battery would fit and view my existing system. He discussed the pros and cons of different system options. After tweaking my choices, i ended up with a system that i am very happy with and one that has future proofed my home. Whilst early days-very happy with my battery and my experience with Clean Power.

The whole process was easy and efficient and performed on schedule. The installation team under Matt were friendly, efficient and very particular and careful with the installation. A very big job uninstalling the existing system and installing the new, and despite some inclement weather, everything was up and working in a day and a half.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Renae and Kurt for their excellent customer service and professionalism. Renae went out of her way to provide extra information and prompt follow up and kept us up-to-date on progress throughout the install. Kurt and his crew completed the install seamlessly and followed up to show us how to troubleshoot and integrate the system. We had used Clean Power previously for our 8.4kW solar installation and had no hesitation to reuse them when adding our battery installation to suit with professional friendly advice throughout the process. Happy to recommend Clean Power to anyone interested in solar, battery or EV installations.

The team at Clean Power Australia, including Tegan and Nicole, patiently worked through all my logistical challenges that resulted in a clean install weeks before I expected. I now have 10kW of panels, a 12kW inverter and 48kWh of battery operational at 2pm on the day of install. Amazing!

Clean Power representative (Jack) assisted with setting up the app on my phone and explained in a simplified run down of the app and what it shows. Jack also suggested to contact at any time with any queries.

I initially gave a 2 star review, but I’m updating it to a 5. It appears that there was a communication breakdown between their staff…but I won’t mark them down for that, as that can happen. I was impressed with Henry, who turned up and explained everything to me. His knowledge on his batteries was very good. I received the quote & was told the position where they’ll be installed. When the installers turned up, I received information and had to put the batteries in our garage instead. The day after…the batteries were installed. They were very professional, and done a wonderful job. My initial gripe was that I found out via the finance company, after the installation, that the price went up…and not from Clean Power before installation. That’s where the communication breakdown occurred, where Clean Power thought the installers told me. I received a call from Henry in relation to my initial review, and he explained why it was more expensive. It would be easy for me to assume that the change in battery location was the reason…and it was…so I understand the price rise. Would I recommended Clean Power Australia to friends & family…yes I would. I have very professionally installed batteries that will save me money.

We had our solar and battery system installed by CleanPower a few months ago, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. The installation team was professional, friendly, and took real pride in their work. Everything was done neatly and to a very high standard. What really sets CleanPower apart, though, is their after sales support. I’d seen so many horror stories in Facebook groups about cheap installers who promise the world, do a poor-quality install, and then disappear when you need help. CleanPower is the complete opposite. Their team is easy to contact, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful with any questions that come up after installation. It’s reassuring knowing they’ll be there long-term. Dan, who originally quoted the system for us, was friendly and informative, and the installers on the day were just as great to deal with. If you’re looking for a quality install and a company that actually supports you afterwards, I’d definitely recommend CleanPower. A really positive experience all round.

We have just had our 16yr old 4.75kw system added to with another 4.75kw system , and 15kw battery by Clean power. To start with, the reason we chose Clean power over other quotes was because of our dealings with Sam. He has an electrical background and explained everything to us in great detail. He was also able to answer our many questions in regards to the T&C and warranty. Thanks Sam They used local tradesmen for the instal, and they did a great job. Thanks Mark, and I’m sorry, I forgot the other fella's name. Very neat job and cleaned up all the mess when finished. It’s only been a couple of days with the whole system working but already I’m seeing a great result. I’ve been tracking the system with the easy to use app, and comparing it against the Energy Aus app to see where my power is going. It’s seems that we are using about a tenth of the power we were using from the grid, so big savings ahead! We are also sending a lot more back to the grid as we are still trying to be a bit smarter on how we can use all this power we are producing, although we aren’t too excited with this as we only get 5 cents/kw from Energy Aus. But hey! It all adds up. I will give an update in a few months and share how it’s all been going. Thanks Sam and the team at Clean Power.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. From visiting to see if we were interested, to quoting job and installing. The installers were amazing on an extremely hot day. They removed our old panels and installed new panels and battery effortlessly. They left the site spotless. Still waiting for a smart metre to be installed by our provider.

We are very happy with our Clean Power solar Panels & Battery. Our first meeting with Henry was very informative & showed he had a very good knowledge of the products and the way new solar panels & a battery would work for us. Henry was very thorough in his measuring for the battery installation & the panels. The follow up was pretty spot on to what was planned and went off with any hick ups. Now the system is working fine and was very pleased to receive a follow up phone call to answer any questions and see how the system was working. Thenk you Henry & Clean Power.

Had this system installed 3 months ago …I spoke with Teegan Hall before I committed to 15Kw batteries with 6.6 Kw,16 panel system for a good price…..she was really great to deal with 🤙… installers came on time and did a excellent job ..🤙….good looking system..🤙…. System works great , battery always full power at the end of the day even while using the power it generates during the day … my energy bills down to $5 a month after the 5 cent credits are calculated, while it is summer now here I wait until winter and see what happens. Over all I think it’s a fantastic system and cost savings…Good job Clean Power … i’d definitely recommend them 👍👍👍

I am very happy with Clean Power, and the team who installed the battery, and replaced solar panels, as mine were over 18 years old, Henry the sales representative from Clean Power, explained all the options clearly, and communicated regularly re installation. The team arrived, and were professional, courteous and efficient. I am only 2 weeks in, and love learning all about the new technology, and using the Hinen app to understand usage, and storage etc. I have done the sums, and will have recouped the expenditure within 5 years.
