Common support questions
My output has dropped. Is something broken?
Often not. Output varies with season, cloud cover, temperature and shading that changes as trees grow. We compare against your original design modelling and the same period last year before assuming a fault.
My app has stopped updating.
Usually a communication issue rather than a system fault, most often a changed wi-fi password or a replaced router. The system normally keeps generating throughout.
Do you service systems you did not install?
Sometimes, depending on the equipment and where you are. Get in touch and ask. We will be straight with you if it is not something we can support properly.
Is there a callout fee?
Warranty work is covered. Anything outside warranty is quoted before we attend, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
How do I add a battery or an EV charger later?
Get in touch and we will check whether your existing inverter supports it. Some do, some need replacing with a hybrid unit, and we will tell you which before quoting.
