 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  I recently had cause to contact Clean Power regarding my solar installation and was referred to Renae Marskell. Renae was extremely helpful and clearly demonstrated a high level of subject-matter knowledge. Her professionalism and strong drive to secure a satisfactory outcome for me - as a customer - was very much appreciated. It reflects very well on Clean Power as a company. I don't know your staffing structure, however if at all possible, I would consider making her a team leader, as (even from my limited exposure to her) I am confident that she would inspire her team to a similar high standard of customer service

Teagan was very helpful and attentive to the whole process including liaising with the loan company for an interest free loan. Installer arrived when arranged and had the battery installed quickly.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Clean Power are an Australian owned company who employ their own techs. No outsourcing. Dan is awesome. Over the years of the battery upgrades and interest free loans - I have had 2 batteries installed and upgraded my solar panels 3 time's, Dan has always been there to guide me through the processes. No hard sales just easy access to him with questions he always answered honestly. Thoroughly recommend Clean Power Australia. Will only use Clean Power.   cannot fault the company. The sales process was made extremely easy with Dan Inns friendly and professional approach. He listened to my needs and was informative on all my concerns and questions. Installation process was all to our expectations which was the best , all within one day completed . We went from a 550 to a zero per month bill household . The guys who came to install the panels were super nice. They got the job done fast and took all the mess from my old panels away. They went through what they had done and how to work the system and app. Super impressed with the quality of work and their professionalism. Installation was done on time, despite multiple rain events during the day (poor guys), and the APP is working well. Much better service than that provided by my current provider. The sales process was incredibly easy and straightforward, and the install was completed ahead of the original schedule.
