Product Warranty Increased to 25 Years on Hyundai Panels

August 18, 2024 2 min read

Hyundai has increased its product warranty from 12 to 25 years on industry-leading 300W 60 cell mono-crystalline Heavy Industry solar panels.

This new development, coupled with their 30-year performance warranty makes these panels one of the most competitive on the market.

Why we install them

We are one of only two authorised dealers of Hyundai Heavy Duty solar in New South Wales, Australia. Based on feedback, we knew our customers were increasingly looking for better quality products that can stand the test of time and survive the extreme elements we can be subject to here in Australia. We knew it needed to be market-leading but without the scary price tag – so that’s when we turned to Hyundai.

Hyundai is a brand you know and can trust and we love to see them setting new standards in the industry giving customers peace of mind while selling a premium product at a reasonable price. We know for many of our customers – this is the ultimate offer.

How the panels are built

The panels are made using tempered glass and reinforced frame design that can withstand rigorous weather conditions so you are guaranteed 25 years of efficient solar energy production and all the savings that come with it.

Hyundai solar panels have proven performance, producing 15% more electricity over 10 years than other panels in Australian conditions.

In summary, Hyundai by numbers:

10 – Years selling solar in Australia
25 – Years panel product warranty
30 – Years panel performance warranty
47 – Years in business (Hyundai Heavy Industries)

Luke Reddin, Director of Clean Power Australia commented:

“Hyundai is a household name even if you don’t know much about solar and this is very reassuring. One of the key reasons for introducing this manufacturer to our customers is the length of the product and performance warranties. We often see frustrated customers who had solar installed 5 or 10 years ago and it is no longer performing as it should. It is fantastic to be able to offer a product that comes at a reasonable price and delivers both security and peace of mind because it can stand the test of time.”

More information on the benefits of Hyundai panels can be found on the Hyundai Solar website.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Clean Power has got us up and running with a great new battery system that is working perfectly - I can’t see that we’ll need to buy electricity again any time soon! Olivia, in particular, did a great job as our consultant, warmly fielding all our questions and getting back to us super quickly with extra information and specialist advice when it was needed. Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Caitlin was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained the different options clearly and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. The installation of the Sigenergy battery and additional solar was also handled professionally. The installers did a great job, were tidy, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was set up and working properly. A big thanks to Caitlin and the installation team for making the whole process easy. Very happy with the system and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at solar or battery storage.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’ve just had a solar system installed by Clean Power Australia. We did a lot of research and asked a lot of questions, and Caitlin was fantastic throughout. She was very responsive, professional and never pushy, and she answered every question promptly and clearly. We compared several providers, and it was Caitlin’s professionalism that got Clean Power Australia across the line for us. We’d happily recommend both her and the team. We’re confident the aftercare will be just as good

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had cause to contact Clean Power regarding my solar installation and was referred to Renae Marskell. Renae was extremely helpful and clearly demonstrated a high level of subject-matter knowledge. Her professionalism and strong drive to secure a satisfactory outcome for me - as a customer - was very much appreciated. It reflects very well on Clean Power as a company. I don't know your staffing structure, however if at all possible, I would consider making her a team leader, as (even from my limited exposure to her) I am confident that she would inspire her team to a similar high standard of customer service

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Second time with Clean Power Australia. This time added a third battery pack. Teagan was very helpful and attentive to the whole process including liaising with the loan company for an interest free loan. Installer arrived when arranged and had the battery installed quickly. System working well.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Clean Power are an Australian owned company who employ their own techs. No outsourcing. Dan is awesome. Over the years of the battery upgrades and interest free loans - I have had 2 batteries installed and upgraded my solar panels 3 time's, Dan has always been there to guide me through the processes. No hard sales just easy access to him with questions he always answered honestly. Thoroughly recommend Clean Power Australia. Will only use Clean Power. cannot fault the company. The techs are great too. Polite, delightful lads who cleaned up properly.
